Yoga can play a significant role in the performance of athletes. In every sport it is crucial to have good body control, flexibility and mobility in order to compete at a high level. Yoga not only helps you reduce the risk of injury and recover from your sport, it also gives you the ability to perform optimally. Currently I work with many athletes, helping them reach their full potential. I also run classes in CrossFit facilities helping these athletes work on their mobility, flexibility and strength which are all demanded upon in CrossFit.
